I was in an urgent situation when my dentist sent me to JAX O & M surgery. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received. From the compassionate check in staff, through to the surgeon following up to see how I was doing the day after the procedure. Everyone worked as a team. It was obviously a very busy practice, but they made me feel like my care was top priority.

Dr. Napier was amazing!!! I don’t normally leave reviews but after leaving there I feel like she deserves so much recognition for how good of care she provided! She was so kind and thoughtful and talked me through the whole thing! I’m 33 weeks pregnant and was really anxious and she really eased my mind. A truly great experience!

Awesome staff! Dr. Napier was wonderful! Highly recommend. I have a lot of dental anxiety and they took great care of me to ensure I had a positive experience and I did! I wish I could remember the dental assistant who was there with me the whole time. Very sweet Filipino lady, you did great!

Just great I was afraid but they all were Great. My pain didn't last but maybe 30 hours and it was a level 2 I was eating the next day. Doctor S she is great awesome she even took time to call me ask me if how i was doing. I just want to hug and kiss them thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I have Always experienced very Good Services with Dr Khan and Staff with any procedures I have had, they Truly and Genuinely care about your Dental Health, Dr Khan is a very Meticulous physician, all the Staff treat you very Personable and Cordial, I highly recommend this office with any Dental problems you encounter, Kudos!!! to Dr Khan and Staff. Dr. Napier and her team are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! I went to see my general dentist yesterday for an extraction of a tooth. I was in their office for 3 hours with no luck. This tooth that needed extraction was considered a “hot tooth.” Look it up. No fun! Anyways, my dentist called around and got me to see Dr. Napier and her team the following day. From beginning to end, they were absolutely amazing. They took care of me and my complex medical history. They were kind, informative, and reassuring. I will tell everyone I meet to please go see her and her team. I cannot say enough good things about their office. They are the best🤍

Dr. Farinaz, Sepahifar DDS is professional and skilled at calming & reassuring her patients during a surgical procedure. Tori, Yari, Miranda & (Christian, who works right long side Dr. Sepahifar) are all knowledgeable, professional and well trained. The experience was what was expected and are appreciated!
